Registration
Registering an RV at Dakota Dunes
An RV stay at Dakota Dunes Casino begins at the Guest Services desk, not in a stall on the lot. The rig check beside this text takes one crew through each rule, from the card to the age limit.

The card comes first
Registration on the RV lot goes through a SIGA Rewards card, so the card comes before the stall. Joining the program costs nothing. One card covers all seven casinos SIGA operates in Saskatchewan, including this one. It comes in four tiers: Emerald, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
A crew that pulls in without a card signs up for one first. Only after that can the RV itself be registered at Guest Services.
Questions at Guest Services
When the RV arrives, the crew registers it at the Guest Services desk. Staff may possibly ask for a name, contact details and the licence plate, as well as the number of visitors in the RV and the planned length of stay. If the stay is extended, they may ask the reason.
Approval comes from security or the Casino Shift Manager, one or the other for each stay. In practice, a crew can write down the plate, the head count and the planned dates before walking over.

Run your crew through the rules
Set your plug, your days and who is aboard. Days are counted from the day you register.
| Item | Posted rule |
|---|---|
| Stalls | 10, each with 20, 30, 50 amp service |
| Registration | Guest Services desk, on the way in; 5 days at a time, 15 days at most |
| Ages | Everyone in the RV 19 or older |
| SIGA Rewards card | No card yet: get one at the casino first (joining costs nothing), then register the RV. |
| Booking ahead | Stalls cannot be booked: they go to whoever arrives first. |
| Tent beside the RV | Tents are not allowed anywhere on the property. |
| Campfire or open flame | No open-air fires on the property. |
| Septic dump | The lot has no septic services; the casino points RV guests to Blackstrap Provincial Park and Pike Lake for more services. |
| Drinks outside the RV | Alcohol and narcotics are banned outside. |
| Music or a party at the site | Loud music and parties are not allowed; keep noise low at all hours. |
Five days at a time
An RV stay is registered in blocks of 5 days, and 15 days is the most allowed. A full stay therefore takes three registrations, one for each block of 5 days. Each block is its own registration at Guest Services.
No stall can be reserved ahead. The ten stalls go first come, first served, so none is held for a crew still on the road. Calling ahead does not hold a stall either.
Ages on board
Every occupant of the RV has to be 19 or older. This lines up with Saskatchewan's gambling age, which is also 19. SIGA casinos treat anyone below 19 as a prohibited individual.
A crew travelling with a teenager cannot stay together on the RV lot, even with adults doing the registering. The teenager would be staying in the RV, and the rule covers every person aboard. On the same property, Dakota Dunes Resort has 155 rooms and suites. Whitecap Dakota Nation runs the resort, separately from SIGA.
Questions from the lot
Can a stall be booked by phone a week before arrival?
Stalls cannot be booked by phone or any other way. The ten stalls go first come, first served, to crews already on site.
What happens on day 6 of a stay?
Registration covers 5 days at a time, so day 6 starts a second block. The crew registers again at Guest Services to keep the stall.
Can a crew stay on the lot longer than 15 days?
The lot allows 15 days at most, which equals three blocks of 5 days. A longer plan needs another place for the extra nights.
Does the person at the desk need a SIGA Rewards card?
Yes, registration goes through a SIGA Rewards card. A crew without one signs up first, at no cost, then registers the RV.
